What Conscious Stack provides

We publish educational content, frameworks, community information, and tools such as assessments, quizzes, and the Stack Builder. Some features are free; others require payment or Lab membership. Descriptions of paid offers on the site are invitations to purchase under the terms shown at checkout.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid products (including Lab membership) are billed through Stripe or another processor shown at checkout. Prices, billing intervals, and refund rules are those presented at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt services.
• Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute substantial site content without permission.
• Do not use the tools to harass others or to process unlawful content.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials — including Conscious Stack Design™ — are owned by Faiā or its licensors. You may use free materials for personal learning. You may not claim them as your own or resell them without written permission.

Third-party services

Links to third-party sites (for example book.consciousstack.com, map.consciousstack.com, Substack, Cal.com, or payment providers) are outside our control. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific paid product giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim, or (b) SGD 100, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Faiā against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms or the site at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes to paid subscriptions will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
